The Install Process
Upon receipt of your signed contract and deposit, Bravo Fence puts our skilled team into action serving you. Your job is scheduled as soon as possible taking into consideration your timeline requirements and our current work load. Bravo Fence requires a copy of your survey prior to the day of installation scheduled. This helps us locate your actual property lines and guarantees we place the fence exactly where it belongs. Not later than three days prior to installation, Bravo Fence calls Sunshine utility locating service and requests an inspection and marking of your property for underground utilities. You might see flags or spray painted markings appear in your grass if utilities are present. We ask for your protection that you not remove these markings until your project is complete. We will call you the day prior to your installation to confirm the date and time. Our crew of professional Bravo Fence employee installers will report to your property on the day of installation ready to work for you. They will have a copy of the drawing agreed to and your survey in hand. They will locate the property markers and identify hazards if any are present. Any questions generated by the crew or the client will be handled directly through the office or estimator. Once the fence is installed, the crew will rake out the grass leaving any excees dirt at the base of the posts. They will clean up any debris left from the installation. The foreman will then seek your seal of approval and resolve any concerns you may have. Final payment can be made at that time to the foreman.
