HOA

The Homeowners Association (HOA) is a critical part of any residential fence installation.  Often times, the HOA has stricter guidelines on fence than the local codes.  Non-compliance with HOA guidelines can lead to a lien being placed on the property and removal of the fence.  Homeowners must seek out their HOA approval prior to the installation day.  This process can be slow in some associations, so allow possibly several weeks for the approval process.  The HOA will usually require a copy of the estimate, a copy of the survey and possibly an HOA specific form.  This approval will save you many headaches down the road.  Our installers will report on the scheduled day with the assumption that you have achieved the necessary approval.  Please call the office prior to the installation day to reschedule if you have not obtained the approval.
